Arrival Fast Track ECO (Hanoi)

  • Extra Fee of 5$ applies if Stamping Stop at Visa Stamping Counter needed (for Visa on Arrival)
  • Fast Track Line at Immigration (Passport Control)
  • Guidance to Baggage Belt
  • We’ll send you a picture of the staff holding your welcome sign so that you know what to look for
  • We meet you with your Name on Welcome Board in front of the Immigration hall
  • If you need Visa Stamping we support you at the Visa Stamping Counter
  • We escort you to the Fast Track Lane at Passport Control
  • After Passport Control we accompany you to the baggage belt, where the ECO Service ends
  • If you have booked our car transfer, please go to the meeting point by yourself

  • Priority Line at Check In

  • Guidance to the Gate or Lounge
  • We send you a message about time & meeting point at the airport
  • We’ll send you a picture of the staff showing your name on Welcome Board so that you know what to look for
  • Pickup at your Hotel (if car transfer was booked)
  • Priority Line at Check-in counter
  • We escort you to the Fast Track Line at Passport Control
  • After the Passport Control we will escort you to the Priority Line for Security Check & then to the Gate

Fast Track TRANSIT (Hanoi)

  • Pickup at Gate area with Welcome Board
  • Experienced guidance through the airport on shortest possible way to your departure gate
  • Car Transfer at Hanoi Airport included
  • Transit between Terminals at Hanoi Airport
  • This service is for Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi
  • You get a picture of the staff holding your Welcome Board so that you know what to look for

  • At Hanoi Airport car transfer between Terminals is necessary & included

We don't need a name for the Welcome Board if you Book Budget Service (Saigon). For this service we use a WELCOME BOARD saying "Welcome to Saigon". We send you a picture so that you know what to look for.

Do you have a Visa On Arrival Letter? *

If you have a Visa On Arrival Letter you have to stop at the Visa Stamping Counter.
Please prepare the following three things:
1. Visa Approval Letter
2. Passport Style Photo
3. Visa Stamping Fee in CASH (25$ for single entry or 50$ for multiple entry)

The Stamping Fee is paid in cash directly at the Visa Stamping Counter.

To register you there in advance we need a photo of the Visa Appoval Letter.
